David Taylor
David Taylor is a writer and documentary maker. His nonfiction work has been published in Prairie Schooner, The Village Voice, The Washington Post, Smithsonian, and Outside, and his stories have appeared in Potomac Review, Baltimore Review, Pindeldyboz, Zone 3, and Gargoyle, among other publications. His collection Success: Stories received the 2008 fiction award from Washington Writers Publishing House. He is also the author of the award-winning nonfiction book Ginseng, the Divine Root and has written documentaries for PBS, National Geographic, and the Discovery Channel. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia.
