Peter Brown

Peter Brown is the author of the novel Ruthie Black, based on a short story for which he won first prize in the 2007 O. Henry Festival competition. Brown is an instructor at the Writer’s Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and the associate editor of the Potomac Review.
