Rod Smith

Rod Smith is a poet whose collections include Music or Honesty, The Good House, Poèmes de l'araignée (France), In Memory of My Theories, The Boy Poems, Protective Immediacy, New Mannerist Tricycle (with Lisa Jarnot and Bill Luoma), and, most recently, Deed. He edits the journal Aerial, manages Bridge Street Books, and publishes Edge Books in Washington, DC. Smith is also editing, with Peter Baker and Kaplan Harris, The Selected Letters of Robert Creeley. The Washington City Paper recently named him “Best Poet” in their 2008 Best of DC issue.
