Jeff Benson
graduated from Le Chef Culinary Arts Institute in Austin, Texas, with a diploma in Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management. He has since worked as a sous chef and/or executive chef in various hotels and restaurants in Texas, California and Virginia - ranging from his first job at the Granite Café in Austin, Texas, to his most position at the Sheraton in Arlington. He has also served as a consultant for the opening of the Griffin Tavern in Flint Hill, Virginia. In May, he helped lead the Rappahannock County High School Culinary Arts Gala, a fund raiser/benefit gourmet dinner for the high school culinary arts program.
